It all started with a growing business operating in the fast-paced wholesale and retail sector. Like many companies, they faced a universal challenge: how to manage staff, track working hours, and handle contracts quickly and accurately without getting lost in endless paperwork.

The HRM software solutions available on the market were either too complex or too limited. Some required advanced IT skills and multiple additional add-ons, while others failed to cover the entire HR workflow. There was no single HR management system that supported the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to contract termination. That’s when the decision was made: if the ideal HR management solution didn’t exist, we would build it ourselves.
